Lt. Richard De La O, acting campus police chief, said the men went into the bathroom and demanded the woman's purse, which contained an undisclosed amount of money. The cuts to these programs will save approximately $120,000 according to the reductions and cuts list. Those savings come from French instructor Alice Slaton's salary as well as from cutting six classes altogether.
