Writing for the VC Press has been an experience I will never forget. It's made me feel like an important part of my campus and introduced me to caring, bright people who have helped and motivated me along the way. It's taught me how to talk to just about anyone. I've interviewed VC's chancellor, president, district police chief and countless instructors and students. Through the VC Press, I have won awards, scholarships and even an internship. I've had the opportunity to go to conferences and meet with professionals. I am truly grateful for all I've learned at this newspaper.
